Private Reset Days

A private, focused day to properly deal with what’s going on and move things forward

Life gets busy, and without really noticing, you end up living on autopilot.

You become what’s needed. The one who keeps things going. The one people rely on. You deal with things as they come up, carry on, and tell yourself you’ll sort things properly when you have the time.

The reality is, that time never really comes.

So, things sit there. Thoughts that don’t switch off, pressure that builds, conversations that haven’t been had, feelings that haven’t been worked through. Even if life looks fine on the outside, underneath it can feel very different.

Sometimes nothing obvious has gone wrong. Other times, something has. Either way, there comes a point where you know you can’t just keep pushing it down and carrying on.

These private reset days give you the time most people never take. Held at my home cottage in the countryside, this is a calm, private space where you can think clearly, talk openly, and properly deal with what’s been building.

You can choose a half day or a full day depending on what you need.

This is not about skimming the surface or having another conversation that gets cut short. This is about understanding what’s going on, working through it, and moving forward feeling clearer, lighter, and more in control.

Private Reset Day for Individuals

A day to get back to yourself and sort what’s been building.

This day is for you. 

For the point where you know something needs to change, but you haven’t had the time or space to properly stop and deal with it.
You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your own head, or just tired of carrying things that don’t feel resolved. You may not even be able to fully explain what’s wrong, just that something doesn’t feel right.

Or everything might feel like it’s building at once, and you’ve reached the point where you know you can’t keep going like this. Most people try to manage it.

They think about it, talk about it, distract themselves, and carry on. But nothing really changes because they never get the time to properly deal with it.

This day changes that.

We take a step back and look at your life as a whole. What’s been building, what’s driving your thoughts and reactions, and why things feel the way they do.

Using a combination of therapeutic work, coaching, and the GYGO profiling system, we don’t just talk about what’s happening, we get to the root of it.

There is a clear process to the day so we stay focused and make the most of our time, but it moves at a pace that works for you. There is space to think, to talk, and to process, including time to step outside or walk if that helps you think more clearly.

This is where you stop coping and start dealing with things properly.

Because learning to understand yourself, back yourself, and invest in yourself rather than just survive is one of the most important shifts you can make.

By the end of the day, you will understand what’s been driving things, feel clearer in your thinking, lighter in how you feel, and more certain about what needs to change. You’ll leave with a way forward that actually feels manageable.

Half Day or Full Day

Both options give you focused, private time to step out of your life and properly deal with what’s going on.

A half day works well if you want to focus on something specific or prefer time afterwards to process what we’ve worked through.

A full day gives us the space to go deeper, fully understand what’s been building, and work through it more completely.

A day to stop the drift and deal with what’s really going on.
