Who Am I? – Private 1:1 Retreat Day

A structured, in-depth day to understand who you are, why you feel the way you do, and what needs to change

Overview

This is a private, in-person full day held at my countryside office, offering a calm, private space where you can think clearly, process properly, and focus fully on yourself.
Most people don’t struggle because they lack awareness.
They struggle because they don’t have the time, space, or structure to actually work through what’s going on.
So things stay unresolved. Patterns repeat. And you carry on.
This day gives you the time and structure to properly pause, look at your life as a whole, and understand what is really going on, not just on the surface, but underneath it.

The process we use

During the day, you will be taken through a proven process we’ve been using for over 15 years.
We start at the beginning of your journey and map out how your experiences, environment, and relationships have shaped who you are today.
Together we will:

  • identify patterns that have followed you through different stages of your life
  • understand what you learned and how that still shows up now
  • recognise where old beliefs or coping strategies are holding you back
  • break down the parts of your story that no longer serve you

This gives you a clear picture of how you got here, and what needs to change moving forward.

Your personal workbook

During the day, you will work through your own “Who Am I” workbook.
This gives structure to the day and helps you map out your journey clearly - from your early experiences, through different life stages, to where you are now.
You will explore:

  • your early years, teenage years and adulthood
  • key moments that shaped you
  • “sticky chapters” that still impact you today
  • coping strategies you’ve learned along the way
  • the different versions of yourself you’ve become

You will leave with this completed workbook so you can reflect back on what we’ve uncovered and continue building on the changes we’ve started.

What we will cover

We look at your life as a whole, not just one issue.

The work we do together

This is not just understanding.
We use a mix of therapy and coaching approaches to:

  • process what you’ve been holding onto
  • challenge unhelpful thinking patterns
  • break old beliefs that are keeping you stuck
  • introduce practical tools to manage stress and emotions
  • build skills where you feel less confident (e.g. boundaries, communication, organisation, decision making)

Because insight alone doesn’t change anything.
