Welcome to the GYGO Community

This isn’t another online group full of positive quotes telling you everything is fine when clearly it isn’t. Life can feel messy, overwhelming and confusing at times, whether that’s family tensions, relationship struggles, parenting challenges or simply trying to hold everything together without losing yourself in the process. Most people don’t need someone telling them to stay positive. What they actually need is understanding, practical support and a place where they can speak honestly about what’s really going on without feeling judged.

That’s what the GYGO Community is.

The community is shaped by Suzanne and Michelle, two sisters who are bringing together their professional experience and real life understanding in a way that feels human and relatable. Michelle has spent over 25 years working in education, safeguarding and family support, helping parents navigate school systems, SEND, emotional wellbeing and the everyday realities of raising children. Suzanne’s therapeutic work focuses on relationships, families and individuals, supporting people through emotional patterns, communication struggles and personal change. Together, that experience means the guidance inside this community is practical, honest and focused on what truly helps in everyday life.

Alongside that professional experience sits lived experience, because between us we understand divorce, single parenting, SEND, mental health struggles and school challenges from having walked those paths ourselves. Support that comes from both knowledge and lived understanding feels different. It feels human, reassuring and like you are talking to people who genuinely understand what life can throw at you.

This is a fully inclusive space for all family members, couples and individuals from all walks of life. Whoever you are, whatever your background and whatever you are facing right now, you are welcome here. People often arrive feeling tired, stuck or unsure, and what they find is relief, reassurance and the sense that they are no longer carrying everything on their own. Once you are inside, you are supported not only by us but by Morgan, our AI support companion, and by other members who understand that life is rarely simple, and nobody has it all figured out.

You belong here, just as you are.

Courses for real life change

ADHD and Autism Coaching

Neurodivergent coaching is available within the community for people who want help understanding what an ADHD or autism diagnosis actually means in everyday life. Many people are given information or signposted to groups but are left trying to work out how it affects their routines, relationships, work, school life, and emotional wellbeing in practical terms. Our qualified coaches focus on translating your diagnosis into real life understanding, helping you recognise how your brain works, where challenges show up and what strategies genuinely fit your life. It is equally useful for business owners, professionals and those supporting neurodivergent colleagues, bringing warm, practical guidance that helps make day to day life feel easier.

Workshops and retreats
Opportunities to work with Suzanne and Michelle through online and in person workshops and retreats for those who want to take things one step further and spend time focusing more deeply on themselves.

Always open and genuinely supportive
The community is active, welcoming and easy to access whenever you need it, with new content added regularly to keep things relevant and useful. Even when Suzanne and Michelle are not available, Morgan is there day and night, so support is never out of reach. This is a space built around shared understanding as much as learning, where members support one another, ideas are exchanged openly, and nobody feels like they are facing life on their own.

GYGO is not about changing who you are or telling you how you should live. It is about helping you understand yourself and the people around you, so life feels easier and more manageable. Most importantly, it is about knowing you are supported, accepted and never expected to carry anything alone again.
