When You Understand Yourself and Others,
Life Feels Easier
Who Am I? A Women’s GYGO Workshop
This is an in person event for all the women out there wearing the many masks of mum, partner, daughter, colleague, or friend. This day is about finding you again.
Not the version of you that holds everything together for everyone else, but the real you.
The you who laughs, loves, feels, reacts, copes, and quietly carries far more than anyone realises.
Who this is for
Women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, tired of people pleasing, or unsure who they are underneath all the roles and expectations.
If something inside you is whispering that you need a reset, you are in the right place.
What might be going on for you
- You have adapted and moulded yourself for so long that you no longer recognise your own needs
- You react emotionally and have no idea why
- You are drained from keeping everyone else happy
- You find yourself masking without even noticing you are doing it
- You want to understand yourself again and enjoy your life, rather than just getting through it
What this workshop helps you do
- Understand your GYGO profile and why you think, feel, and react the way you do
- Look at the roles you played growing up and see how they shaped your adult life
- Make sense of your stress patterns, emotional reactions, and coping habits
- Separate who you truly are from who you learned to be
- Start building a version of your life that feels lighter, calmer, and more honest
You will leave with
- A clearer understanding of who you are underneath all the layers
- Tools to help you manage your emotional needs and reactions
- A gentler, more compassionate understanding of yourself
- A starting point for the changes you know you are ready to make
- A sense of relief, because things will finally make sense
